At Ako Playrooms, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

Change of mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue.

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the fault or damage.

  • Once assessed and approved, the item will be replaced, not refunded.

  • Ako Playrooms will cover the cost of return shipping for approved faulty or damaged items.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or customised products

  • Sale items

Warranty

All products come with a 6-month warranty. If an issue arises within this period, Ako Playrooms will manage the resolution directly and liaise with the manufacturer where required.

Processing replacements
